Get Physical welcome a new talent for their next EP, and that talent is Agent!, a producer in a fine run of from and enjoying the success of recent tunes on labels like Cocoon and Soulboy. Bringing fresh perspective to the long running German label, his two cuts get remixed by Andre Salata.
Sultan goes first and is a slick number charged up with stabs of bass. Long tailed pads drone and space you out and a big, snaking, jazzy trumpet hook really ensures this one will go off when dropped on the floor. Alien Nation is more freaky, with steely percussion and frazzled synths making for a dehumanised feel that will appeal to the oddballs out there. Andre Salata’s remix is then a more wild acid version with a 303 ripping up the centre of the track as brain frying synths burrow deep into your soul. All in all these three cuts are sure to bring lots more attention to Agent! & Andre Salata!
