Epizode Festival Vietnam announces its 3rd edition

After two successful runs on the idyllic island of Phu Quoc in Vietnam, Epizode Festival will return for the third time with new dates.

Touted as a game changer in Asia’s underground scene, the festival will kick off on December 28th right up to January 8th. Until Epizode’s debut in 2016, an 11-day underground dance music festival featuring the world’s top acts has never been attempted in the region.

Epizode promises to once again curate a lineup that includes some of the best electronic dance music artists in the world who rarely make it to this part of globe. These acts will be playing alongside some of the best Asia has to offer.

Organised by the Moscow-based Sagrado Corp, last year’s massive lineup included the likes of Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice, Pan Pot, Ouissam, Hibiya Line, Marcus L, Ocean Lam, Cats on Crack and Sunju Hargun.

The organisers said in the press release: “Last year, Epizode 2 attracted thousands people from all over the world, who enjoyed non-stop dancing, arts, sculptures and entertainments. People in the know descend on Vietnam to seek out unusual thrills, musical adventures and cultural offerings that they just can’t get anywhere else.

“Epizode 3 will continue to invest in the growth of the local community, become a real hub for the music industry and contribute in the development of the emerging Asian underground scene, while setting global music trends in motion.”
