For the fourth time now, Knarly Knob Records is back with a new techno Ep that is fresh and interesting. It comes from the label head Knarly Knob and shows off three different sides to the producer’s arsenal, and show that he is developing with each new EP.
The pick of the bunch is the third and final track Stilla. This one is all about something different – it is slow and atmospheric, spacious and dreamy with eerie sound designs, watery droplets, futuristic tensions and lots of one space in which to get lost. The other two cuts are more traditional tech offerings. Mordax is a techno roller with smooth and slick synth chords, menacing bass and a spacious feel as though you are journeying through the cosmos. Sidus is another smooth effort that takes you into the galaxies. It has broad synth strokes full of drama and tension and makes for great atmospheres in the club. This is the sound of an artist in a fine run of form.
