John Dimas Announces Debut LP and Worldwide Tour

John Dimas asserts his studio skills in February 2018 when his debut full length One Against Time lands on his own Elephant Moon label. To mark the occasion, the Greek artist is heading out on tour around Europe, the USA and more throughout spring.

Dimas has been on the radar of those who know for nearly ten years now. His fluid grooves, minimal intricacies and ability to coax unusual rhythms from his deft sound designs has won him fans with heady DJs and connoisseur dancers alike. They come on labels like Taverna Tracks, raum…musik and Metereze, and this new album once again shows off his slick studio skills, compelling rhythms and wealth of ideas.

Tracks range from slow and spaced out affairs that are hugely atmospheric to more punchy minimal rollers. The sound design throughout is impeccable and the grooves are the sort that really get under your skin.

The supporting tour will see John play the UK, Belgium, Amsterdam, the United States, Italy, Portugal and Spain from February 2nd to June 10th, when he ends up at Gottwood Festival.
