Samuli Kemppi presents the third release on Power Of Voltages, label he founded in 2016 following releases on Mote Evolver, M_Rec, Komisch… Third After Last EP is an excursion to broken 4/4 on the A-side and muddy lo-fi aesthetics and restrained progression on the B-side.
